Learn the secrets of money-making online content.

Writing Great Online Content

  • Keywords. Without keywords, the content doesn’t matter. Want to make money with online content? Then put a lot of effort into writing keyword-focused blog posts that show up on searches. Every post should revolve around a two- or three-word keyword phrase that are used in the title, any subtitles and the paragraphs that create the content.

  • Extras. Every blog post should have a little something extra that makes it pop. Namely, blog posts should have images, videos and links - but preferably, not so many that the content itself becomes swamped. To make money with online content, always keep the content as the center star. Remember that each post is its own page, so make that page as appealing as possible.

  • Stay current. Remember, one of the most appealing aspects of blogs is that they’re constantly offering fresh, updated, original content. The trick to making money online is all about staying current, because news travels fast and trends change from moment to moment. Always be adding new content and always be up on the latest information.

  • Stay on topic. Every blog should have a theme or a certain topic, which each different blog post revolves around. Google AdSense will integrate ads into a blog based on keywords used in the posts. This is helpful to the blogger who wants to make money with online content, as it’s more likely traffic will click on an ad if it relates to what they’ve been reading.

I would recommend using a plugin if you are using adsense in a wordpress blog. This way you don't have to work with the codes of your templates.

Also, once you get your adsense account in place, do not forget that google doesn't like black hat, so treat your adsense account like gold in your hands.
